Student and Teacher Technology Use?

Here is a thought presented from a TechLearning blog.

Home represents "at home" and Work represents "at school" in our case.
The bigger the circle, the higher the person uses technology at home or school (work):
level of tech usage

Here is a Venn Diagram of how a teacher and a student stereotypically may use technology (when compared/contrasted with home and school use):
people in schools

What do you think? The above suggests that students use a LOT more technology at home than they do at school. It also seems to suggest that teachers generally use very little technology at both home and school.
And very little overlap of the kinds of technology used by both students and teachers at their home and school.

Do you agree with this? Obviously, there are exceptions. I certainly run this web site and use the tablet pc and such... but overall, do you think the chart is an accurate representation of your peers and teachers?
